Booking a car service should be as easy as ordering a takeaway.
Here's exactly what happens from the moment you enter your registration to the moment your car is back on your driveway.
You enter your registration
On any page of this site, type your number plate into the lookup box. Within 1 second, we pull your vehicle data from the DVLA - make, model, engine size, fuel type, service interval. No forms to fill in. No account to create.
If we can't find your car (rare - usually only for foreign-import vehicles), you can enter the details manually.
We show you exactly what you'd pay
You see three prices side by side: interim service, full service, major service. Each price is fixed for your specific vehicle. You can add an MOT, additional checks, or any specific repairs you've been told you need.
The price you see is the price you pay. We don't add VAT on top, charge for "shop supplies" or sneak in fuel surcharges at the end.
You pick a date and a collection address
Choose any weekday morning. We collect from your home or workplace - even your gym if that's where you'll be. No need to coordinate drop-offs.
Most cars are collected by 9am and returned by 5pm the same day. Bigger services or older cars sometimes take a second day - we'll tell you upfront if so.
We collect your car
An insured, vetted driver arrives at your chosen time. They'll send a short video walk-around of your car so there's no dispute about pre-existing marks. You hand over your keys and get on with your day.
Your car is serviced at a vetted local garage
Your car goes to the nearest partner garage with the right qualifications for your vehicle. BMW, Audi and other premium brands go to specialists. Diesel vans go to vans specialists. We don't put your Audi in a back-street garage that hasn't seen one before.
During the service the mechanic does the full 50-point check and a video walk-around so you can see exactly what's been done. If anything extra needs doing, you get a text with photos and a fixed quote. You approve before we proceed. Always.
Your car is washed and returned
Once the service is complete, your car gets a complimentary wash. The driver returns it to your chosen address. You get a digital service record by email, a 12-month parts & labour guarantee, and an itemised invoice showing exactly what was done.
You pay once you've got the car back - not before. Payment by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer.
Where does your money actually go?
Most servicing platforms hide their commission. We don't.
Example: Full service on a 1.6L Ford Focus
Compare: Main dealer £329 · Servicing Stop £219 · Random local garage £180-£280 (varies)
